Three On Protocol Peach Recipes

Peaches and weight loss can go hand and hand. Here are three stellar recipes you can enjoy while losing weight this Summer.




Chia Pudding With Peaches and Cream

  • Since I have a surplus of peaches I have been experimenting with new things to do with them. I have always loved a chia pudding and this was the absolute bomb.

  • Pour some chia seeds into a container, add about a cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk, and slice a peach into bite sized pieces and add to the container. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • Before serving, give it all a good stir and whip up some heavy whipping cream with vanilla extract (with a hand mixer) and put a dollop on top and enjoy.







Peach Overnight Oats

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats

  • small pour of chia seeds

  • small pour of roasted pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 big scoop of your favorite no sugar added nut butter.

Mix and refrigerate over night. Mix again before serving and enjoy.









Peaches and Cream

  • Sliced Fresh Peaches

  • Heavy Whipping Cream

  • Splash of vanilla extract


Using a hand mixer, whip up your heavy whipping cream (you know, the kind we use for coffee) with the vanilla extract until a nice whipped consistency. Add to your peaches and enjoy!!!
