Like you, as a fellow CRNA, busy Mom and someone who was also overweight most of my life, I know exactly how draining all of this is feeling for you right now. 

I have battled with my weight my entire life... I have been in a pattern of restriction and deprivation forever. Anytime my weight would get "out of hand," or I would be close to an overweight diagnosis or if it was really bad, go on Weight Watchers... to get the weight off, then stop doing the things to maintain it.


However, once covid-19 hit, the scale started collecting dust. And I quickly started supporting all of the local restaurants. Eating all of the foods to help me buffer away all of the stress and anxiety. Before I knew it, I found myself at my highest adult (non-pregnant) weight. I also knew I was an emotional eater and that my brain was completely disconnected from my body and I didn't know what to do.


Then I found life and weight loss coaching. I found a sustainable way of eating and learned to change my relationship with food. I was able to finally have control over food, and lose the weight for good.


I knew it could work for other women if this could work for me. I became a certified life and weight loss coach to help other women achieve permanent weight loss.
