To give you one example, here's how I include Pumpkin Spice Coffee drinks on my protocol.
Regular Coffee (Iced or Warm)
2-3 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
Several Dashes of the Pumpkin Pie Spice from Trader Joes.
Stir and Enjoy.
If you want to make it real bougie... froth that heavy whipping cream.
