Meet your Coach, Chelsea
I HELP BUSY MOMS AND WOMEN IN ADVANCED HEALTHCARE ROLES LOSE THE WEIGHT FOR GOOD COMBINING THE WEIGHT LOSS BY BRITTANY PROTOCOL AND INTUITIVE EATING PRACTICES.
"Hi, I'm Chelsea - a certified coach with years of experience dealing with the constant stress and fatigue of being a nurse. I was in your same shoes. Not too long ago, I was using food to help cope with my stress while working in the hospital. I was miserable and relied on it as a crutch to help me cope and comfort me during long, tiring shifts. After being introduced to a combination of tools from Life and Weight Loss Coaching and Intuitive Eating this all changed. I was so astounded by the success I had with changing how I ate that I became a coach to work alongside my sister. Together, we provide support and clarity around your beliefs about weight loss, food, and yourself.

By working with me, Chelsea, you'll have the support you need to uncover any mental blocks that keep you from having the control around food you desire. You will have the key tools you need to eat without a restrictive mindset, while also capturing the lost energy and vitality you seek".

What is Intuitive Eating?
Intuitive Eating is a dynamic mind-body integration of instinct, emotion, and rational thought that promotes a healthy perspective toward food and body image. The philosophy makes you the master of your body and its hunger signals. As a client, your coaching plan comes with a detailed assessment, plus 1:1 calls to work through several blocks that may be subconsciously making changing your eating patterns harder than it should be. If needed, we can help you address that by using a unique blend of protocol + intuitive eating, all from a certified coach.
Reject the Diet Mentality
We will work together to reject the lies that have led you to feel as if you were a failure every time a new diet stopped working and you gained back all of the weight.
Satisfaction Factor
The Japanese have the wisdom to keep pleasure as one of their goals of healthy living. You will find that it takes just the right amount of food for you to decide you’ve had “enough.”
Movement—Feel the Difference
Shift your focus to how it feels to move your body rather than the calorie-burning effect of exercise. We will help you get active and feel the difference without the militant exercise you think you need to lose weight.
Honor Your Hunger
Learn to honor this first biological signal sets the stage for rebuilding trust in yourself and in food.
Feel Your Fullness
Learn to trust that you will give yourself the foods that you desire. We will help you learn to hear the body signals that tell you that you are no longer hungry.
Honor Your Health
You will not suddenly become unhealthy, from one snack, one meal, or one day of eating. It’s what you eat consistently over time that matters. Progress, not perfection, is what counts.
Make Peace with Food
We will work through forbidden food mindsets that can give you an intense feeling of deprivation that build into uncontrollable cravings and, often, bingeing.
Cope with Your Emotions
Food won’t fix any of your feelings. It may comfort in the short term, distract from the pain, or even numb you. But food won’t solve the pain or problems you are going through.
Challenge the Food Police
Coach Chelsea will help you unlock the food police that is housed deep in your psyche. The Weight Loss by Brittany program will help you quiet the loudspeaker that shouts negative barbs, hopeless phrases, and guilt-provoking indictments.
Respect Your Body
All bodies deserve dignity. Including yours. Just as a person with a shoe size of eight would not expect to realistically squeeze into a size six, it is equally futile (and uncomfortable) to have a similar expectation about body size.
My Own Struggle with Food
The beginning of me using food to cope with stress started when I began working as a nurse. Even when I was outside of work, I was in a constant flight or fight phase. Food was my comfort on a stressful day. Particularly sweets that gave me the dopamine rush, spiraling my addiction, constant fatigue, weight gain, stress on my body, depression, decrease in physical activity, irritability, and mood swings.

It came to the point a couple of years back when I felt that if I would just stop my nursing career, my eating habits would improve.
However, that ended up not being the case. My relationship with food remained the same for months as my perception of new “stressors” took the place of the old ones. I knew I had to transform my opinion of food.

I knew I had a problem, and I needed help. This is when I turned to my own life coach to help me uncover mental blocks that were harming my health and getting in the way of the life I knew I deserved. Inspired by not only my own unique transformation and that of my sister's, Coach Brittany, I knew we could truly change the lives of women just like you. Overworked and stressed to the point of using food to help make it through just one more day. We are here to help you with a variety of tools to fit your needs. Allowing you to experience what weight loss could and should be about.
