It sometimes doesn't matter how much you know until you understand yourself
As health care providers we can know everything there is to know about nutrition but why is it so hard for us to apply the things we know to the decision we make for our own health?
That’s exactly what I couldn’t figure out. I would study everything: macronutrients, micronutrients, vitamins, minerals, superfoods, supplements, food colorings, different oils, those surreptitious ingredients listed on the nutrition panel. Forever, I thought I didn’t need help because I “knew” nutrition.
Although that will be great for which choice to make, it wasn’t helping when it came down to me actually MAKING the choice I knew would be better for my body. My brain would offer me excuse after excuse as to why this time I needed to eat this (less nutritious food) over that (more nutritious food). And it was every time. I was sooooo annoyed with myself.
Thankfully, I figured out how to shut up those excuses with my coach through a lot of self navigating. It can take someone else to really get in to your brain and show you your own mind. Understanding yourself can be the most powerful thing you’ll do❤️.
You will finally be able to use that wealth of knowledge and use it on your personal health.
Let me help you be the master of yourself with weekly 1:1 coaching. Click here to book a free consult and start using your brain to finally make the choices you really want to make.

Chelsea
